Digital Products

All ebook and digital product sales are final. Once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded, we do not offer refunds.

If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us at brightsidehqofficial@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Printed Books

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your printed book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders.

Intellectual Property

All content published by BrightIdeaBookz (Ordered House Publishing) remains our intellectual property or that of our authors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the material. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any digital files.

Limitation of Liability

BrightIdeaBookz is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
